Successful candidates will have a core skill set with database management systems (Oracle or SQLServer). Candidates will also have strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills, as well be able to work independently, or in a group environment.
The environment is fast-paced, interactive and demands a degree of flexibility and the ability to manage different workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate analysis and documentation with Senior Developers and occasionally clients.
- Work co-operatively with all development team members to problem solve development and/or design issues.
- Query optimization, debugging and enhancement.
- Working cooperatively with client back office systems (integration).
Qualifications:
- SQL, PLSQL, Transact SQL.
- Data transformation and data warehousing experience.
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the financial services industry.
- Small company experience.
- Strong group and interpersonal communication
