Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, CRM software an asset.

Sales and Training Manager

Role Summary:
Our client is looking for an energetic, motivated Sales and Training Manager - North America, with strong selling, communication, interpersonal skills for very exciting and rewarding professional work across North America. You will sell and train distributors and health-care professionals - users and potential users on Auditory equipment.
Main Accountability:

Promote and sell Audiology products in North America to hospitals and private Audiologists, Otolaryngologists, and other health-care professionals.

Train distributors and customers at our office and on site on effective use of equipment and clinical interpretation of results.

Prospect potential customers for our products.

Plan, prepare for, attend, present and work with attendees at professional conferences, seminars, and workshops, particularly AAA, CAA, AAO-NHSF, etc.

In collaboration with distributors, organize and present at professional seminars.

Produce, maintain, and report sales forecasts at regular intervals.

Travel extensively across North America, up to 75 % of work days.

Keep records, organize and maintain sales files.
In cooperation with other departments, ensure timely acknowledgement of orders and delivery of products.

Provide post-sale follow-up and training where necessary; ensure proper product use and customer satisfaction.

Obtain, analyze, and communicate customer feedback for further product improvements and new product development.
Must Have
