In this position you will be responsible for generating sales for assigned named accounts or territory via the Retail Channel.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales and marketing of our client retail printers and supplies to a select group of named national retailers

  • Act as key liaise for the account by working with the Marketing and Sales Operations teams internally to promote the sale of printers and supplies

  • Manage the forecast

  • Profile and identify opportunities within key account list

  • Identify key decision makers and leverage those relationships to create new business.

  • Major account planning including launching of new products and promoting them through the product life cycle

  • Develop competitive strategies to penetrate key markets with our clients products

  • Contact/visit existing and prospective customers

  • Build and maintain network of colleagues, partners, and customers to share information and obtain prospects

  • Observe and participate in presenting products and/or services that can benefit customers’ needs

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the organization’s entire product line

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience selling to major national retailers with a proven track record of success

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong time management, organizational, negotiation, and advanced presentation skills

  • Strong business acumen / customer service skills

  • Strong analytical skills: must be creative in terms of marketing our products and supplies

  • Team player with proven relationship building skills

  • Must be driven, energetic, and creative

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and complete tasks within specific timelines

  • Prudent sales expense management experience

  • Daily travel within assigned territory (80%)

  • Must be PC and printer proficient including MS Office, Lotus Notes, various Internet applications

  • Extensive knowledge of clients products, supplies, and services

Education:

Must have university degree

120K plus commission
